hi i have a 1981 xs 650 i want to change the fork oil in my bike it looks hard . i don't know how to put the bolt back in the top. with the spring pushing up on the bolt. its hard to get started back in .i put it on center stand to take off the weight. but it wont start. i hope you know what i am saying thanks to all for your help pop pop.Whats the best way to change fork oil?

Floor jack under the front of the engine, to get the front wheel off the ground - that removes most of the tension of the spring.
I use a ';Sliding T-Handle'; - you can press down on the cap with both hands while trying to start the threads.

there is a screw in the bottom of the forks either under the axle or on the side of each fork .you will have to remove the drains you will have to remove the caps on the top of the forks but make shure the front forks and tire are off the ground if not the spring in the forks will slap you in the fase. as long as the forks are off the ground there will not be any tension on the spring but do not over fill get the ounces dealer recommends if you over fill you will blow the seals in time
yea, its tough to start the top spring bolt with the spring tension on it, and the threads are so fine and if you don't get it just right you will strip the threads
you have it right to take the weight of the bike off the front wheel, the trick I do is find something solid in the ground like a metal fence post that's in the ground with concrete and tie a rope, cable, or chain and tie the front wheel to it and have a friend pull up on the handlebars at the same time you push down and get the bolt started
see that hollow metal tube down inside the spring? its a 3/4'; tube, you can cut a piece of stiff copper tubing, or plastic water pipe and make the new piece 2 inches longer and it will extend your front forks by that much, that chopper look!, but the front suspension will be stiffer

there IS spring tension on the top fork cap EVEN when the front wheel is off the ground!

College physics: error propogation using partial derivatives?
I'm not real sure about how to do this. For our experiment, we determined the spring constants for a bunch of springs several different ways: 1) F=kx, measuring the force mg on the spring and x, the change in the length %26amp; 2) finding the period and mass
So, for example, say that this was our data for the first method:
total mass: 0.149 kg (+ or - 0.002 kg)
x1: 0.14 m (+ or - 0.03 m)

How do i know if my strut springs are bad?
I am planning on replacing my struts on my 95 probe gt. The car isn't bouncy at all. It feels like there is no suspension at all when I drive. Every bump makes me grit my teeth and my sway links just broke. I see lots of questions about when to change the shock / struts, but none on the springs. Of course I'd rather just replace the struts alone because the springs would way more more than double the cost of this repair. Or by chance is it just the springs? What do you think?How do i know if my strut springs are bad?

Also when you hit a bump, if it feels like you ( the driver ) is taking the hit, then i would do so. But be very careful when you compress the springs b4 taking off the strut. 1 wrong mistake could land you in the hospital. Other than that its a fairly easy job. On a 15 year old car the springs are gonna be worn out and should be changed but they aren't what is causing the bad ride. Your struts are bad. You can get away with only changing the struts and it will ride just fine. If it was me, and I wasn't planning on keeping the car forever, I would just change the struts.
Test the shocks by bouncing the car. If the car comes to rest after a single up and down movement, then the shocks are probably OK.
If the car is low, the springs may be broken. Look at the springs where they sit on the strut cups. Sometimes you can see the fracture.
Springs hold the car in the air and struts or shocks keep the tires on the ground. What it sounds like is bad struts. To check springs, aside from the obvious like a broken spring the best way to check springs is measure the ride height of the car. If you follow the throttle cable all the way down to the carburetor there will be a screw, move the throttle back and forth and see if it is holding the cable and if not the just tighten it up it should be under the air cleaner that takes a flat head screw driver remove it and look at the cable it might be stuck in the high position. place it on low and loosen the screw and it should go all the way to the low position then tighten the screw and pull it all the way open it should go both ways if not then go to the parts house and get a new cable for the right piece of machinery you have and replace then put the air cleaner back on and your good to go.

It looks like it's displaying arrow as to pull. I tried doing it and hard. I didn't want to risk breaking it. The headlight connector are normally quite tight so a little extra force is required for removal can use a small scewdriver for leverage, then turn plactic ring to undo then unclip spring retainer to remove bulb, hope it helps

On Mk4 golfs you cant lower them more then 40mm ish before you start to get problems with the driveshafts and the anti roll bar rubbing. You can buy extended anti roll bar links which lower the bars out of the way a bit, i think a uprated ARB with lower links is around 130quid and will improve the handling of the car!
Depending on the profile of the tires on your 18s you may have a bit of rubbing on the back arches to when you have mates on board, a good bodyshop will charge about 50-70quid to have the back arches pulled and rolled to allow more clearance.
If you want to lower the car more than 40mm do it on coilovers not cheap springs. cheap springs are only good for making a car look lower but will not improve handling and can in fact make car drive worse. On a budget a 40mm drop on uprated shocks and springs is fine as the problem with changing just springs is standard shocks will wear out quickly and be very bouncy.

How should I talk to my dad about this situation?
Ok so I'm 16 and one of the hardest tasks I have to deal with right now besides drama and getting good grades in high school is my dad. My dad is an alcholic who drinks an 18 pack of beer in a 1 to. 1 1/2 day span of time. He has been doing this for now 3 years straight ever since my older sister went off to college 3 years ago. He is a complete embarassment because he is always drunk and never fails to make a huge scene for anywhere we go. When he's drunk he is very temterarive and any small thing u do wrong or any small thing to annoy him he blows up. For an example I had my music on a little to high and he then proceeded to stomp up to me and scream in mynface to turn it down and when I did he then gave me a 10 lecture on how I'm a ***** and how I'm inconsiderate and he doesn't understand how I have any friends. I've had this lecture about 100 and more times and even though it has completely ruined my self esteem I refuse to show him it hurts or even to cry. But it still bothers me so much. He also hurts me so much how he constantly yells at my mom and how he makes fun of her all the time. It also hurts to watch him pick on my brother telling him he's to girl or how gay he acts when he's only a 11 year old boy growing up and having fun. So basically that's wit he does - drinks sleeps and yells. He has no job and does absolutely nothing to help my mom. My mom does everything around the house and is the main supporter. So my question is how do I approach telling him how it hurts me?? I have once told him in the spring and he changed his ways for a week then went back to his ways which made me feel like **** that he didn't love us enough to stop. So yeah please help because I'm going crazy and I don't want to keep it bottled inside again where I go back into a depression and cut myself. So please help
And yes I an the only one that has balls to stand up to him because I hate him so much he can't possiby do anymore damage to me cause I refuse to give into him and let him win. You should confront him when he's sober. With your mother around of course to avoid any physical harm. He is being a terrible parent, so it is right that you stand up for your family and you. If things get out of hand, talk to someone about your problem (a relative...), so that they can help you out. I'm sorry to hear about this and I hope your father improves.
It sounds like your family needs to have an intervention and tell your Dad just what he is doing to your family. If your mom is not willing to leave him and your Dad is too far gone to get help, the rest of your family should seek counseling. I would strongly recommend talking to your mom. Your dad is being verbally abusive, and perhaps physically abusive as well, and it is her job to protect her children from this.
If your father will not go into a program and sober up you are going to have to reach out to a social service agency. It will take guts, no one wants to ';tell'; on one of their parents, but your families mental, emotional and financial health is at stake here. Call the national hot line http://www.pbs.org/wnet/closetohome/help and ask for help or referrals. Good luck to you and your family. Don't turn this in on yourself...get help asap!
Sweetie, I can assure you that nothing you say will change your father. He is addicted to alcohol, and even though he loves you the best he can, the bottle will always win.
Talk to your mother. Ask her what good he is? He doesn't work, he drinks and he abuses the family. What's in the relationship for her? Remind her that he is hurting his children, and the repercussions will last their lifetime.
This is what I want you to do to help protect your family: Find and go to Al Anon / Ala Teen Meetings.
Get your mother to go and take your brother. What you will learn is how to deal with this bully.
Perhaps your mother will find the strength and support within this support group to force either an effort of recovery on your father's part - or a separation from him and the family till he does.
Please do not self-harm. I know this is a hard battle. Be strong and know that there really is strength in numbers. Get to those meetings!

I am sorry that you have to put up with this and I am sorry that your mother didn't leave when their kids were a lot younger. Here is what I hope for you. Never start drinking even if everyone else does because because problem drinking begins with the first drink. People like your father never plan to get into trouble with it but that is what addiction is. When you start to date find a person who is not into drinking because you don't want to end up with a mate who is like your father. What starts off less becomes more until it is totally out of control. Your wasting your time hating your father because he doesn't care and it only upsets you more. Arguing with a drunk is like shoveling sand into the ocean. You can do it forever and get nowhere. Common sense does not work with them. Ala teen is really a help and they can really give you some ways to cope with all this. Do not ride with your father when he is drinking. ALSO Always be able to support yourself. This is really important. Too many women ( I don't know if you are a boy or girl) end up in a bad marriage with too many kids and have no way to make enough money to be independent. Even if you marry well have a good education and be ready if you ever have to be on your own. I have been around this and have escaped the problems and you will be able to do the same. You should confront him when he's sober. With your mother around of course to avoid any physical harm. He is being a terrible parent, so it is right that you stand up for your family and you. If things get out of hand, talk to someone about your problem (a relative...), so that they can help you out. I'm sorry to hear about this and I hope your father improves.
It sounds like your family needs to have an intervention and tell your Dad just what he is doing to your family. If your mom is not willing to leave him and your Dad is too far gone to get help, the rest of your family should seek counseling. I would strongly recommend talking to your mom. Your dad is being verbally abusive, and perhaps physically abusive as well, and it is her job to protect her children from this.
If your father will not go into a program and sober up you are going to have to reach out to a social service agency. It will take guts, no one wants to ';tell'; on one of their parents, but your families mental, emotional and financial health is at stake here. Call the national hot line http://www.pbs.org/wnet/closetohome/help and ask for help or referrals. Good luck to you and your family. Don't turn this in on yourself...get help asap!
Sweetie, I can assure you that nothing you say will change your father. He is addicted to alcohol, and even though he loves you the best he can, the bottle will always win.
Talk to your mother. Ask her what good he is? He doesn't work, he drinks and he abuses the family. What's in the relationship for her? Remind her that he is hurting his children, and the repercussions will last their lifetime.
This is what I want you to do to help protect your family: Find and go to Al Anon / Ala Teen Meetings.
Get your mother to go and take your brother. What you will learn is how to deal with this bully.
Perhaps your mother will find the strength and support within this support group to force either an effort of recovery on your father's part - or a separation from him and the family till he does.
Please do not self-harm. I know this is a hard battle. Be strong and know that there really is strength in numbers. Get to those meetings!

I am sorry that you have to put up with this and I am sorry that your mother didn't leave when their kids were a lot younger. Here is what I hope for you. Never start drinking even if everyone else does because because problem drinking begins with the first drink. People like your father never plan to get into trouble with it but that is what addiction is. When you start to date find a person who is not into drinking because you don't want to end up with a mate who is like your father. What starts off less becomes more until it is totally out of control. Your wasting your time hating your father because he doesn't care and it only upsets you more. Arguing with a drunk is like shoveling sand into the ocean. You can do it forever and get nowhere. Common sense does not work with them. Ala teen is really a help and they can really give you some ways to cope with all this. Do not ride with your father when he is drinking. ALSO Always be able to support yourself. This is really important. Too many women ( I don't know if you are a boy or girl) end up in a bad marriage with too many kids and have no way to make enough money to be independent. Even if you marry well have a good education and be ready if you ever have to be on your own. I have been around this and have escaped the problems and you will be able to do the same. I have installed a brand new kitchen faucet about 3 months ago. It is a peerless and the hot a cold handles are separate from each other. My problem is the hot sides cartridge keeps blowing the bottom seal, the one that sits on the spring. I keep changing it but it only holds about a week. It causes a constant drip from the faucet. The only factor added to the equation was a dishwasher that was installed at the same time as the faucet. I need a few pointers. I am disabled from allergies.
My older 2 sons help me when I need oil or need any of my fluids checked. And most of all my tires checked.
( Or I find someone at the gas station to help me.)
I have a bad alergy to all Latex properties. I carry a EPI pen.
I live in the mid west. We have very cold weather as of late. But it will be a heat wave at 40 this weekend.
I need to know how often I need to check things.
Two of my boys now work full time and have new ongoing lives. (as they should)
How often should I have them come check my car? I do not want to harp or anything at them unneededly.
I allways take my car in or have one of them change my oil each spring and fall. And well whatever else they do under the hood.

How do I stop sliding on ice and snow in 2005 Camry? Snow tires, all season tires, sand bags for weight?
Chicago weather, car has extremely long stopping on snow and ice, ABS kicks in often but doesn't appear to help that much. Has original Goodyear Integrity tires, with a lot of tire tred left on them. It's a front wheel drive. Would it help to add weight via sand bags in the trunk? Tire options appear to be new All Season, which according to Consumer Reports would be hard to get one tire that handles well on snow and ice but stops well in dry conditions too. Well, the Goodyear Integrity tires are your problem. Even when new this tire is horrible in rain and snow. There are probably a hundred or more tires you could buy that would do better. Now that they have some wear they certainly will not have improved. Oddly enough it is a very decent dry-pavement tire.
Adding ballast means you are just trying to stop a heavier object. That ain't gonna make it.
So-called ';all-season'; tires are not designed for nor rated for severe winter use. They are only acceptable in ';light snow'; by definition and moderate cold temperatures (above 45-deg F). Deep snow, slush, ice and sub-freezing temps are right out. Yes you can get all-season tires that will be an improvement over what you have, but it is only a matter of degrees. I always recommend for people who live in the snow belt owning 2 sets of tires; a summer-only or all-season set for use from April to October and a set designed strictly for winter use to put on from Halloween to Tax Day. That way you have the optimum traction all year round, not some comprimise that somehow has to work in 95-deg heat and sub-zero cold, ice and snow. No tire can do that.
If purchasing winter tires they can only be applied in sets of 4, particularly on a FWD vehicle. People tend to think of winter traction as ';not spinning my wheels in my driveway'; when really it is a safety issue. And when it comes to safety your rear wheels are critical for vehicle stability. Put 2 winter tires on the front and 2 all-seasons on the back and I guarantee you will either end up in the ditch or slide into a curb.
Winter-only tires are designed strictly for cold-weather use, ice and snow and thus do need to be taken off in the spring. In summer heat winter tires offer poor traction and wear at a phenominal rate.
If owning 2 sets of tires does not work for you there is one alternative - the Nokian WR G2. They work phenominally well in the worst of winter weather and don't need to be taken off in the spring so you only need one set. When you open Survey under specific all season tires you'll be shocked to see the disparities between models and brands. They test for ice, light and deep snow as well as 9 other criteria. Take time to see how terrible the Goodyear Integrity and all Bridgestone's are rated.
Don't put weight in the trunk of a front wheel drive car. All you do is lift needed weight off the front end!

I can tell you from experience that All Season tires are not the way to go if you want any sort of traction in anything that is more than light snow. You need to be using dedicated winter tires in a place like Chicago. And if you're gonna buy winter tires, get them for all four. Many retailers will actually refuse to sell you just two brand new winter tires. Consider a set of brand new studded tires or even chains on your existing front tires if the city of Chicago permits them. Regardless, I would not drive around Chicago with just a set of All Seasons, which really is only good for occasional very light snow, not heavy snow or very slick roads.
Weight in the trunk is only helpful if the vehicle is RWD since that is where the drive wheels are.
Take it easy on the roads. Are you using low gear?

i live in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan. The weather is starting to change from winter to spring and the temps are way higher than they were in winter. It gets to about 70 over here. I want to change it up for spring, but the possibilities are so endless I don't even know what to do.
I've always liked my hair longer, (it's prettier in my opinion, and it's almost like a security to me) but I am sick of being the same all the time. I want to have more volume and body in my hair, because it gets kinda flat if you let it grow too long.

My cat seems to be displaying some behaviour problems?
My cat has always wanted to be around us when we are outside, to the shop and he often follows me around from room to room when he's in but for the last year (although not during winter as it's too cold) he doesn't really want to come in and cries at the door sometimes for hours and he won't settle down at all and will cry and pace up and down (and he's already be neutered - 2 years ago!).
He's had one bad experiences, he went missing for 3 days at 6m as tiny kitten (he's always been a small cat) before a woman found him and looked after him and contacted me as soon as she found out my details. I also had to go abroad twice and left him at home with neighbours who love him and he displays signs of loving them too but when I got back he was hostile and aggressive towards me, he often displays signs of being ';down'; when I have to go away overnight I am told. After a change of furniture and spring clean in April he got worse again and I can't remember how my cat ever was before all of this.
At first I thought he was bored (yet he doesn't want to play) and needed to go out to the toilet etc. as he won't go to the toilet in a litter tray, he insists outside and last month is the first and last time in 2 years he has used it. So I let him out whenever he wanted but there has been a new cat in the area I believe and he keeps fighting which has left me with hundred of pounds in vet bills and him with nasty wounds. So I now keep him in during the evening til mid morning.
I've had him from 6 weeks old and have always picked him up and stroked him but for some reason he hates it, wriggles about, cries and scratches although we have a house that pretty much suits him and I can't understand why he is hostile, aggressive towards me (but no one else), unaffectionate, unsettled and jumpy. Apart from the new cat on his territory I can't understand why he'd be stressed, especially indoors?

Well..cats have their own mind..and choose whether or not to love..the get upset, sad, sometimes even go through depression!

It may be weeks before he settles down. Persistance. Let him sniff your hand before you pet him next time, if he snaps, don't continue to pet him. Just talk softly to him.
If he washes himself in the spot you just pet him in, don't be offended. He's just getting your scent down.

This book is a some what true story and is dedicated to my good friend Emily
Believe In All Possibilities
As I lay in my bed I think of my mother who was once so fragile and full of energy. I listen for a sound .... but nothing. I stare at the ceiling and ponder to myself “ is she going to die tonight or will she live another day , another day of pain and worry” . Only if she could be okay ,but in my mind I knew she wasn’t. I want to let myself understand that she’s not always going to be here but I’m only nine and I barely even know my times-tables. I should go back to school but I’m too scared that she’ll have a heart attack or just suddenly you know die. It’s too much to bear I just love her too much , I know I have a dad but he is as my friend would say a big butt. If my mom ever died I would lose it. I can’t ever imagine her dying she is just so perfect , perfect like an angel. It’s about six o’clock now and I can barely keep my eyes open but I am trying my best .Since my mom has gotten sick I have been sleeping beside her . One night I promised myself I would always stay by my mom so if she ever did die I’d be right by her side. My mom is always the person to cheer you up If you were ever sad she’d be right by your side telling you everything’s going to be alright. That’s what I love about my mom. She’s so caring and that’s how I know she loves me since she always tries her best to make me happy. My dad well he doesn’t really do much, it’s mostly my mom because he doesn’t do anything she says . I don’t know what I’d do without her. I would just be so lost without her by my side .By the time it was morning I had fallen asleep and my mom was already up and making breakfast which made me relieved that she wasn’t somewhere in the hospital. I get myself up not really wanting to but I could smell pancakes which made my brain just magically wake up. I run downstairs ready to give my mom a huge hug.
“Good morning mom. ”
“Good morning Emma , how was your sleep?”
“I slept great.”
I tried not to show I was lying because I didn’t want my mom worrying about me too much .I was already not going to school which made my mom super worried.
“You must have , because you slept for thirteen hours”
I looked at the clock and realized I had only really slept for seven .
“Emma I have to go to the doctors today so I will be dropping you off at Katrina’s okay?”
Katrina was one of my older friends but her sister Lia was only 2 years older than me .
“Okay mom”
After breakfast I had to get ready to go. I quickly picked up a shirt off the floor and ran to the car . My mom was waiting in the car. During the ride I pondered to myself why did she need to go to the doctors so early ,she usually went during the weekdays but it was Saturday . The curiosity ate away at me and I just had to ask.
“So mom why are you going to the doctors?”
“Because they called me and said they have some test for me to try”
I ‘ve heard this so many times before but it never works out and then my mom gets all disappointed and all depressed and stressed.
The rest of the ride was silent and eventually I arrived to Katrina’s house which made me a little worried that my mom was going to be alone at the hospital , because my lazy big butted dad was always out .the rest of the day I was some what worried but some what calm . I think it was because I had my friends by my side. My friends are the best toriis the caring one . When ever you need a hug shell give you one . Katrina is the wise one , if you ever need any advise you should go straight to her. And Lia well you just need her because she’s a good friend but sometimes she can be pain in the rear end if you know what I mean. Later on we went for a walk .it was quite for a couple minutes but then we started to talk.

How much aquarium salt should I put in a 1 gallon bowl with my betta?
I have a Betta fish which I keep in a 1 gallon of water in a vase. I do a full water change about once a week with bottled spring water. My fish recently came down sick and I am treating it with medicine but I heard aquarium salt should be added to the water to help speed up the healing process. How much do I add? Loosing hair...?
Hi guys...
My sister has a big problem for her hair.She had a nice and strong hair before six months but she is loosing lots..of hair after washing it from last 6 months.She also changed drinking water to spring water.She will also try to change her 2% reduced milk to Oranic milk for this month. I'm thinking of putting it on my left foot, starting with the little man (a Kokopelli) right by my pinky toe and curving the letters up the side of my foot.
The Kokopelli typically is a trickster, he's also a symbol of fertility and change. The Kokopelli traditionally would dance through a city playing his flute to bring the change from winter to spring/summer. I thought by using the image of a Kokopelli and the word dream I could represent how I'm finally changing into my own person by following my dreams and not just allowing myself to settle for the life other people have mapped out for me.
I'd do it all in black ink and keep it rather simple.

Question about a guitar-set up!?
After changing the strings on my guitar (Electric), I've been having problems with the bridge. The strings are not too tense, so obviously i did something wrong. Whenever i tune to standard, my bridge is being pulled out of the guitar. I tried adjusting the springs in the back, but it does very little to help.
So I've heard about people getting their guitars set-up. Does this service include adjusting my bridge, changing strings, adjusting/adding springs and adjusting the action? Also, how much does this usually cost?Question about a guitar-set up!?
Sounds like you put heavier guage strings than before. the extra tension is cuasing the bridge to lift up. First thing you can try is adding some extra springs in the trem cavity. The neck truss rod, which is what the other guy is talking about, should be adjusted by a professional who knows what they are doing. Screwing the truss rod in one direction or another too much can just make things worse if your not totally sure what you are doing. Getting a set up done does not cost that much at all $30 give or take and they will take care of all that stuff for you. Your guitar will be playing better than ever.Question about a guitar-set up!?

If you enroll in an online program at a college or university that also has campus locations that school should use your credits towards a degree if you choose to attend in person at a later date. Transferring credits from one school to another becomes a bit more tricky regardless of whether the credits were earned online or on campus as some colleges do not offer credits for classes they do not offer themselves. But there is no added difficulty transferring credits from an online program as long as the college is regionally accredited.
Based on what you say in your question I would think an associate degree program might be a good fit for you. Associate degree programs typically require half the credits of a bachelors degree. They therefore typically take half the time (2 years) to complete but there are some accelerated programs that let you finish even quicker than that. The nice thing about associate degree programs is that at the end you have a degree that looks good to potential employers and if you choose to go back to school or continue your education at the end of the program all of the credits can be used towards completion of a bachelors degree.

you can not change the air bags because the suspension of that particulat car was set up for air ride...if you change the suspension you will also change all of the stock alignment angles that the car was designed for and you'll end up chewing up tires....

Evolution Theory or not?
Now I know it is called a theory but, don檛 we have proof of it that we see every day, look at strawberries. Naturally strawberries are smaller than a blueberry. How is it now the size it is. It is a larger size because of genetic engineering. Genetic engineering still proves evolution because the plan adapts to the shock and the change and grows without problem. We are a prime example we had to adapt during the ice age, and when the world heated back up. Look at how birds and animals are pulling out of hibernation early because the weather has changed so much that spring came earlier. It doesn檛 have to be a dramatic change to be evolution and adaptation to environment. Delicately place the sheet of rice paper out on top of a clean dry dish cloth. Place 2 tablespoons of vegetable and noodle mixture towards the lower edge of the rice paper (as shown in picture). Next, place 2-3 precooked shrimp on top of the mixture.
Fold over the bottom edge of rice paper
Neatly fold the bottom edge of the rice paper over the filling.
Fold in the sides
Then fold in the side edges of the rice paper.
Roll up
Roll up the rice paper roll to form a neatly packed cylinder (like a fat cigar). Repeat the above process until you have made 8 rolls, or enough to serve 4 as an appetizer.
Serve with dipping sauce
Arrange the rice paper rolls on a plate with Nuoc cham dipping sauce to serve.

Land rover series 2 1961 4 wheel drive?
I have just got a land rover and don't know if its in 4 wheel drive or how to change over. there is a spring loaded lever with a yellow top. it pushes down and springs back, I think it has to do with the 4 wheel drive.Land rover series 2 1961 4 wheel drive?

Old Land Rover must haf free wheel hubs to be safe, otherwise fron propshaft UJs wear and can drop propshaft on to road and if front end drop can cause severe danmage, rip out gearbox even turn vehicle rite over.
Dont buse 4 WD on dry road otherwise transmission will wind up and can stall vehcul when you turn but at least gearing same front ant bak no like Subaru Legacy.
Old Landrover need much maintnance, 6 propshaft UJ s nede grese ever 1000 miles or ever time ford river, Swivel Hubs nede top up Hypoid 140 ever week when get old and leek, drane off water first, also geerbox and transfer box, drane out water before fill oil and axles drane of water dont overfil ore get on Break shoe.

Should I change myself for them or not?
My brother is graduating high school in a few weeks so my family is coming here. Im dreading it! Since the last time they saw me they have treated me different. usually when im going to see them I change who I am so I fit there standards but last time I said screw it! And I walked around in my Enjoi shirts with my blond and sometimes red bangs. I didn't try covering my girly voice at all and spent 30 min on my face each night. I was stereo typical gay as I am at home. My home family just ignores it but my other family is too old fashioned for that. They acted like I was a freak. My grandpa gave me a long speech of how if he was like me when he was a kid he would have gotten the belt non-stop. That's his way of saying get new cloths and cut your hair! Im not going to be seen with this punk. . I got a lot of talks on how I seem gay and how that's not right from everyone. I was the freak of the entire town it seamed. I got weird looks and it was just in general not a good experience.
Usually I get out my T-shirts and cut my hair when Im around them but I look horrible like that! I usually change how I act too.Since spring break when I last saw them Ive dyed all around the bottom of my longish black hair blond. I always wear my Domo wrist band and a few bracelets. I wear nice cloths and my panda shirts. I act even more like a girl. Ect. So changing will be even harder.
So now Im debating on change or individuality. I Want them to continue liking me but I want to continue liking me too. Its hard to change who I am but if I don't Im a freak. IDK what to do here and need some advice. Im going to be going back with them and spending a lot of my summer in that screwy town and in Arkansas/Missouri with the rest of the family in small screwy towns. So whatever I choose its going to stay for a few months. So if you have any advise please share!Should I change myself for them or not?
