You don't have to change them. The school automatically notifies them, that is... if it is the same school you've been attending. If not, you'll have to reapply.

How can I change my G.I. Bill enrollment?
I have been using my G.I. Bill benefits since Aug 2007 for college. Now, the Spring Semester is coming up and I need to change my classes I get paid for. How do I do this on the WAVE website? I know how to verify and everything, but now I am insure of how to change my classes. If my classes being tomorrow, is it to late to change my classes on WAVE???
