Did you remember that this weekend we change our clocks?

Ok, that time of year again. Turn back your clocks this weekend; one hour.

Which means we lose an hour of sleep. And as with the time changes, it also means a couple-few weeks for our bodies to adjust to the sleep changes and also for our internal body clocks to 'reset' to the new time we will be on. Gee, it sure would be a lot easier if they just dropped this time change stuff.

Here is a helpful hint of how to set the clocks with the time change:

For those who don't remember which way to turn/set clocks with the change: fall back, spring forward. Fall back; in the fall, turn the clocks back an hour. Spring forward; in the spring set the clocks ahead an hour.Did you remember that this weekend we change our clocks?
If you still go to sleep at the same time you actually gain an hour of sleep. A article I read said that there are actually 5% less heart attacks the day after DST ends because of the extra hour of sleep!Did you remember that this weekend we change our clocks?
Nope. . .my computer does it 4 meh
Dude, that was over a month ago! Actually almost 2 months! Have you been living under a rock?

Yes, and don't forget to vote on Tuesday. We need to bring change to our clocks as well as who governs us as a nation.
