How do you release the springs on a 2000 dodge avenger to change out the low beam headlight?

I'm not familiar with the Avenger model, but my wife's '97 Dakota, my '92 Dakota, our '90 Dynasty, and our daughter's '93 LeBaron all have ';light capsules'; replaced from the engine compartment side.
