How hard is it to change the fork springs on a 2003 Drz 110?

I don't have any hands-on experience with a Drz but on my Kawasaki KL250 and Bultaco Alpina it's no problem at all. Basically you just put the bike on a stand (or milk crate) and make sure the front wheel is off the ground so the front suspension is fully extended. Then you remove the two caps on the top of the fork tubes using a large wrench or socket of the appropriate size. There will be some spring tension on the caps but nothing you can't handle if you're slow and careful. After the caps are removed you can lift out the springs and replace them with your new ones. It's a good time to change your fork oil while you've got the tubes open. Good luck. How hard is it to change the fork springs on a 2003 Drz 110?
Getta workshop manual, talk to your local dealer, ask yer mates etc. follow da instructions and it's a piece of piss. Do your recon first, just in case ya might need special tools or if there is a possibility that a fork spring from a 2003 Drz 110 could take ya head orf.
