How to change springs on a 2003 nissan altima?

i was wondering how you go about replacing hte rear springs since they sit in there own little cup and arent mounted with the shock...How to change springs on a 2003 nissan altima?
Before I start, a word caution. Because your asking the question, I do not think your a mechanic and therefore you should not try to do this. Risk of injury is very high even for the mechanic.....Jack up the car and place a stand on the frame, just forward of the lower arm. Remove the tire. You will have to release the tension on the lower arm. Use a brake line hose clamp and disconnect the brake hose. Remove brake cable and place floor jack under the arm as near the spring as possible. Jack up to remove lower shock mount and the bolts to the lower arm. Lower the jack slowly and the arm %26amp; spring are removed together. Make sure you mark the springs location to the frame and spring so that you can put the spring back to the same spot. People have lost fingers trying to remove springs, for whatever reason. If you are not a mechanic, don't have the tools or have never done this type of work before, my advise is DON'T DO IT.How to change springs on a 2003 nissan altima?
