anyone can give me some pointer for how to change the springs and dampers for porsche 944?? what do I need to keep an eye on and specially, the back pair, I really have no idea how to start....

It is very difficult to answer this question in the nature of the 944 since the years varied with the suspension, the axle housing, etc... And then scroll down alphabetically and you can search for struts or springs and shocks and then replacement. This particular site has pictorial how to guides and a TON of info for your 944. It's absolutely fabulous.
