How to change springs - if that is gas shocks?

on shock sign '; do not open gas pressure '; then i have to change shocks and springs or ...can change just springs? thxHow to change springs - if that is gas shocks?
The sticker is simply telling you not to do anything stupid like cutting it open or anything, because it's pressurized. Springs only need replacing if your car is sagging or leaning. Shocks or strut cartridges need replacing if you car bounces a lot. Either one can be replaced separately or both at the same time. McPherson Struts have both these parts combined, and need to be dis-assembled to replace just one or the other. What kind of car is it, and what is it doing that you think is wrong?
