I know parts differ from the GTS to the GTS-T and i often have to send parts back to change them etc etc so best check if this is the case for your model of R34..How to change the springs on a R34 skyline?
do u just anna replace the springs??? or put coilovers????

if u dnt know wat ur doing leave it to the mechanic its not that easy
